This hotel is perfectly located in a classy area of the city, right in the center of things. It's surrounded by excellent bars and is just a short walk to the railway station. The rooms are spacious with large windows that provide a great view of the city. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is delicious, offering a wide variety of options.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its excellent facilities. The location on the best shopping street in the city was very convenient, and being near the metro station made it easy to explore. The breakfast was also wonderful, with a great selection to choose from.

Loved the modern and trendy vibe of the hotel, really gave it a cool atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, probably the best I've slept in. The location was also unbeatable, right in the heart of everything.

The rooms were disappointingly small and cramped, definitely not enough space to move around comfortably. The staff also left a lot to be desired, they were unfriendly and unhelpful.

My recent stay at Hotel Zoo in Berlin was amazing! The staff were really nice too make me feel welcome. The rooms were beautifully designed and had all the amenities I needed. The rooftop terrace bar had a great atmosphere and the cocktails were delicious. I also loved the fact that the hotel provided bikes to explore the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and major sightseeing spots. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Hotel Zoo to anyone visiting Berlin.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, being near the metro station and close to the start of the hop-on-hop-off city tour. The room was lovely and they even provided special touches for our dog with a dog bed and bowls. The service was excellent, and everyone was really nice. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the beautiful details in the lobby, bar, and restaurant.

The luxurious service provided by this venue is outstanding. From the exclusive amenities to the attentive staff, all our needs were fulfilled. the indoor swimming pool, spa centre, and restaurant buffet were top-notch, providing an unforgettable experience.

The only minor issue was a small stain discovered in the bathroom, but this was rectified immediately by the cleaning personnel.
